Delores T. "Dee" Cline, 88, of Jeannette, died Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at her home. She was born Jan. 8, 1924, in Macon, Ga. She was the daughter of William A. Sr. and Jessie Bell (Couch) Trawick.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, C. Richard "Dick" Cline, who passed away this past July 4, 2012; four brothers, Guy, Aaron, Herbert and Brooks Trawick; and a sister, Emily Trawick.

Prior to her retirement she was a bookkeeper for Hallmark Card Gallery in Irwin for many years. She was a member of The Church in Sutersville and was a past Worthy Matron to the Order of Eastern Star, Jeannette Chapter No. 67. Delores was a skilled seamstress; she would make many of her clothes, dresses, gowns, coats and draperies for her home. She was an avid golfer and loved going dancing with her husband. She loved to cook family dinners, especially for the holidays.

She is survived by her two daughters and son, Karen Orczeck, of Irwin, Cheryl Sober, of Sarver, and Todd Cline and his wife, Jo Anne, of Jeannette; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Haynes Trawick, of Dothan, Ala.; numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews. The family would like to thanks the caregivers over the years especially Debbie and Kyra and beloved neighbor, Ed, for all their love and care.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the JOSEPH W. NICKELS FUNERAL HOME INC., 404 Sewickley Ave., Herminie, PA 15637, 724-446-7251. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Pastor John Smaligo officiating. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont.

C. Richard "Dick" Cline, 88, of Jeannette, died Wednesday, July 4, 2012, at his son's home, surrounded by his family. He was born March 18, 1924, in Greensburg, son of the late Clarence H. and Catherine E. (Kemerer) Cline.

Dick was an Army veteran, having served during World War II. Prior to his retirement, he was owner-operator of Test Tronics Lighting Industry, located in Jeannette, for more than 50 years. He was a member of The Church in Sutersville. He was also a member of the Greensburg VFW Post No. 33, former member of Jeannette Lions Club and a Mason of the Masonic Lodge in Irwin. Dick was an avid golfer at Greensburg Country Club. He also loved to read, play cards and dance.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Delores (Trawick) Cline, of Jeannette; two daughters, Cheryl Sober, of Sarver, and Karen Orczeck, of Irwin; his son, Todd Cline and his wife, Jo Anne, of Jeannette; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; his brother, Thomas Cline and his wife, Marilyn, of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family would like to thank Heartland Hospice in Irwin for all their love and care. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at the JOSEPH W. Gladys James, 82, of Elizabeth Township, formerly of Liberty Borough, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at home. She was born March 24, 1929, in Liberty Borough, and was the daughter of the late Richard Francis Galley and the late Pauline Potersnak Galley.

She was a member of The Church, Sutersville, and was a graduate of McKeesport High School, class of 1947. Gladys was a former den mother of Pack 98, Den 6, and was also a Girl Scout leader, line dance teacher at St. Michael Catholic Church in Elizabeth Township and member of Rainbow NSOF. She had worked for the Youghiogheny Country Club, Joe Schemms Catering, White Star Laundry, G.C. Murphy Co. 5 & 10 and Balsamo's.

She is survived by her husband, Lemuel L. James Jr.; sons, Kerry A (Nada) James, of McKeesport, and Dennis L. James, of West Newton; daughter, Cheryl L. LeRoy, of North Huntingdon; grandson, Darrin R. LeRoy; sisters, Elizabeth Leake, of West Newton, and Pauline (Ted) Dworek, of Port Vue; a brother, Elmer Galley, of Christy Park; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Richard and Leo Galley; son-in-law, Dennis K. LeRoy; and sister-in-law, Dolores Galley.

Funeral service took place Wednesday in the Chapel of Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Elizabeth Township. The Rev. Frank A. Rocco officiated. Arrangements are by the GILBERT FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY INC., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.

Donald R. Keller, 83, of North Huntingdon, died Thursday, February 16, 2012. He was born February 6, 1929, in North Huntingdon, a son of the late William A. and Margaret (Thomas) Keller and was also preceded in death by brothers, Wayne and William Keller.

He was a retired employee of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, Trafford, and East Pittsburgh Plants, an Army veteran of the Korean War, Past Commander of American Legion of Wilkinsburg and a member of The Church, Suterville.

Surviving are his wife, Ann (Kregar) Fresch Keller; children, Donald R. Keller Jr., of Penn, William A. (Rochell) Keller, of Naples, Fla., James Edward Fresch, of Maryland, and Martha 'Marti' (James) Dill, of Forest Hill, Calif.; and a sister, Margaret Howard, of Idaho.

Donald D. Hoover, age 82 of Elizabeth Township, passed away in his home on Friday, December 23, 2011. Born February 12, 1929 in Carrolltown, PA, he was the son of the late Phillip and Catherine (McConnell) Hoover.  A retired truck driver for Univar of Moon Township, Donald was a member of The Church in Sutersville and enjoyed woodworking in his spare time.

He is survived by his wife Genevieve "Genny" E. (Ammerman); children Lois (Ralph) Brown of White Oak, Donald M. (Madalen) Hoover of Pittsburgh, Charles (Lisa) Hoover of Bon Aqua,TN;  brothers Phil Hoover of Carrolltown, PA and Butch (Betty) Hoover of Patton, PA; sister Sally (Leroy) Flick of Patton, PA; six grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and also nieces and nephews.  Besides his parents, Donald was preceded in death by his grandson Jayme Brown, two sisters and eight brothers. 

Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home on Tuesday December 27, 2011 from 2PM until 4PM and from 7PM until 9PM.   A service will be held in the funeral home's chapel  on Wednesday December 28, 2011 at 10AM with Rev. William K. "Bill" Seefeld, 84, of North Irwin, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, Oct. 13, 2011, in the Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. He was born May 25, 1927, in Johnstown, a son of the late Robert and Elle Seefeld.

He was a member of The Church in Sutersville. He was a veteran of the Army, retiring as first sergeant with more than 20 years of service. Bill lived his life in his Christian faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Shirley Gray Seefeld; and two daughters, Bobbie Ann Wetzler and Kathleen Marie Blystone. Surviving are four children, Cynthia Schweikarth, of Irwin, Michael Seefeld, of Upper Burrell, Thomas Seefeld and his wife, Mary, of Plum, and Rebecca Niderstros and her husband, Clint, of North Irwin; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the JOSEPH F OTT FUNERAL HOME INC., 504 Oak St., Irwin. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Frank A. Rocco, his pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Irwin Union Cemetery, North Huntingdon. Charles C. Bowlin, of Monroeville, died Friday, April 23, 2010. Beloved husband 63 years to Lavona (Barnett) Bowlin; loving father of Shari Raymond; loving grandfather of Richard and Chanda Raymond; great-grandfather of Zachary, Jordan and Samantha Raymond, of Wisconsin. Charles served in the Army in England, France and Germany until the end of World War II.

He started out working for Holland Furnace Company where he achieved the honor of membership on their "All-Time Great Board", an accomplishment attained by only ten men, over the company's 50 year history. He eventually started his own company, Bowlin General Contracting.

He was an international director for the "Full Gospel Business Men International" and traveled, spoke and taught God's Word in the U.S., Canada and Costa Rica. In April of 1980, he organized 7,000 Christians from Western Pennsylvania to travel to Washington, D.C., to parade and pray on the Mall on "Washington For Jesus Day". Charles was the administrator of "The Greater Pittsburgh Charismatic Conference" for many years, where many well known Christian teachers, ministers and singers from throughout the world ministered there for the conference, and was also co-chairman of the Billy Graham Crusade at Three Rivers Stadium in 1993. In 1998, he was ordained by the Full Gospel Assemblies International.

He loved people, enjoyed joking, making people happy and giving to help churches and those in need. He will fit right in, in Heaven.

Obituary: Charles C. Bowlin / Contractor and charismatic Christian leader

Shari Raymond remembers watching her father, Charles C. Bowlin, pile dozens of sweatshirts and jeans on a store checkout counter. She asked him what he was doing, since he always dressed in suits.

"He said, 'There are a lot of homeless people, and they don't have clothes to wear,' " she said. Mr. Bowlin paid for the clothes and made sure they were distributed to people in need. Other times, his widow Lavona recalled, he bought bags of apples or potatoes or other foodstuffs in bulk and put them in front of a church where the needy could get them.

"He was a giver," said Mrs. Raymond, of Genoa City, Wis. "He did this all the time. He was always doing it."

Mr. Bowlin, 85, of Monroeville, who owned Bowlin General Contracting, died of undetermined cause Friday, several weeks after a fall.

A charismatic Christian who was ordained by the Full Gospel Assemblies International in 1998, Mr. Bowlin traveled, spoke and taught Bible studies both locally and across the United States, as well as in Canada and Costa Rica, his family and friends said.

"He loved to share the Lord with people," said the Rev. George Stockhowe of Virginia Beach, Va., who was formerly Mr. Bowlin's pastor at St. Martin's Episcopal (now Anglican) Church in Monroeville. "He taught many adults; he taught adult Bible classes, especially on the work of the Holy Spirit."

He also did all the necessary repairs and improvements needed at St. Martin's, Rev. Stockhowe said.

"He was a very generous man and enjoyed his friends. He really enjoyed teaching the Bible," said Norma Bixler, of Harrison City. Mrs. Bixler met Mr. and Mrs. Bowlin in the '70s at regular Sunday evening services that her late husband, the Rev. Russell Bixler, had in Pittsburgh for people of all denominations.

Mr. Bowlin did behind-the-scenes work for several large charismatic organizations and conferences. He was an international director for the Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International and administrator of the Greater Pittsburgh Charismatic Conference. In April 1980, he organized the travel of 70,000 Western Pennsylvania Christians to Washington, D.C., to parade and pray on the Mall for Washington for Jesus Day. He also was co-chairman of the Billy Graham Crusade at Three Rivers Stadium in 1993.

In addition to his widow and daughter, he is survived by two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to attend a memorial praise and worship service at 7 p.m. Tuesday at The Church on Rilton Road in Sutersville.
