Born December 12, 1931 • Went to be with our Lord on Friday, November 15, 2019
Husband of the late Dorothy Totin; loving father of Stephen (Susan), Gregory (Tami) and Maria Totin; brother of Terry (Ronald) Reich and the late Martha Waters, Evelyn Flamos and Tom Totin; grandfather of Steve, Sarah and Cassidy; great-grandfather of Leia, Natalia, Zulayma and Joshua; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends received Monday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the SZAFRANSKI-EBERLEIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 101 Third St. Carnegie where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Burial in Robinson Run Cemetery.

Monicca R. Ramsey Perry-Lee, 50, died Oct. 2, 2019, at Donnell House in Washington, Pa. She lost her short battle with cancer.
Monicca is survived by her mother, Peggy Sechrist Ramsey Stover and stepfather Thomas Stover Sr., of Daisytown; son, Bruce H. Perry, stationed in Arizona; estranged husband, Aaron Lee; two sisters, Yolanda Roach and Shesha Allison; two brothers, Scott and Joshua Acton; stepbrother, Thomas Stover Jr.; three children raised by her mother, Jeremy, Adrian and Sarah; her niece and nephew, Jahnai Edwards and Jahlik Holman of Las Vegas, Nev.; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, James J. Ramsey of Wickhaven; sister, Christina Sechrist Edwards; grandparents, Drexell and Ethel Ramsey of Whitsett, Pa., and David and Lucille Sechrist of Dawson, Pa.
Monicca was born on March 25, 1969, in Mt. Pleasant. She graduated from Belle Vernon High School and Douglas Business School.
Everyone will remember her as a kind-hearted person who loved to leave others with a smile. She was passionate about her love of music and the Lord and she attended many local churches.
A memorial to celebrate her life will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 46 Zion St., Daisytown.

Sandra E. Muse
Born June 10, 1947 • Went to be with our Lord on Sunday, September 22, 2019
Sandra "Sandy" E. (Bachrik) Muse, 72, of West Newton, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019, at her home, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family and lifelong friend, Lee Wiley.
She was born June 10, 1947, in Smithdale, Elizabeth Township.
Sandy was a beautiful Christian woman of strong faith and attended The Church in Sutersville.
She was preceded in death by her father, Theodore L. Bachrik; and her mother, Anne V. (Cochenour) Bachrik.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Richard C. Muse, of West Newton; her daughters, Kimberly (Joe) Stepinsky, of West Newton, and Lauri (HJ) Frost, of Jacksonville, Fla.; her grandchildren, Cody Stepinsky, Jimmy (fiancee, McKenzie Etcher) Frost, Joel Frost, Hannah Stepinsky, Hayley Stepinsky and Jesse Frost, all of whom she adored and loved so much; her sisters, Drue (Albert) Orsino, of North Huntingdon, Connie Farmer, of North Huntingdon, and Patricia Wilson, of Belle Vernon; many nieces and nephews; and a brother-in-law, the Rev. Robert L. (Carol) Muse, of Marlton, N.J.
Sandy, a retired in-home caregiver, enjoyed time with her family more than anything and lived to serve her Lord. Her favorite place was Ocean City, Md.
In honoring her wishes, friends and family are welcome to attend a church service in celebration of her life, to be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 6, 2019, at The Church, 1683 Mars Hill Road, Sutersville, with a cookie and refreshment reception to follow in the church social room.

Houston Burton

Houston Burton, 78, of Sutersville, died Monday, July 8, 2019. He was born August 13, 1940 in Columbia, Kentucky, a son of the late Bodie and Theria Burton.
Prior to retirement he was employed by U S Steel Christy Park Works. Houston was an active member of The Church of Sutersville.
Surviving are a son, Gregory Burton; several brothers and sisters; and nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol L. (Boes) Burton.
Friends will be received 2-4 & 6-8 pm Friday at The Church, 1683 Mars Hill Rd., Sutersville, where Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Saturday. Interment will follow in Mars Hill Cemetery.

James R. Burd
Born August 31, 1957 • Went to be with our Lord on Thursday, June 20, 2019
James R. Burd, 61, of North Huntingdon, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Thursday, June 20, 2019, after a courageous three-year battle with pancreatic cancer. He was born Aug. 31, 1957, in Latrobe, a son of the late Don and Mary Lou (Riffle) Burd.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Susan L. (Hart) Burd. They were blessed with two beautiful daughters, Jenna and Maura, whom he cherished beyond words. He is also survived by a brother, Donny (Amy) Burd; sister, Darlene Burd; his mother-in-law, June Hart; sister-in-law, Sharon (Kirk) Weston; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jim was employed as an account analyst for Ferguson Integrated Services of Latrobe. He was a member of The Church, Sutersville. He was also a former captain in the Derry Volunteer Fire Department and was active with the Patriots Drum and Bugle Corps when he was younger. Jim touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 521 Main St., Irwin, 724-863-1200. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in The Church, 1683 Mars Hill Road, Sutersville, PA 15083, with the Rev. Frank Rocco officiating. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery, North Huntingdon.

Walter Albert Heisler, 70, of Belle Vernon, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019.
He was born May 7, 1948 in Pittsburgh and was a retired Truck Driver. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Jean (Greco) Heisler, step-daughter, Maria (Jay) Bickerton of
Buena Vista, step-sons, Christopher Mozgawa, Sr., of West Newton, Timothy J. (Melissa) Mozgawa, Sr., of Herminie, and Jamie Mozgawa of Boston, grandchildren, Meghan Konsugar, Jesse Bickerton, Kaylee Klingensmith, Christopher, Jr., Leah, Sarah, Timothy Jr., Madelyn, Olivia, Luke , Kasey, and Jenna Mozgawa and 4 great-grandchildren.
