Jennifer M. Jacobs, age 33, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013 at UPMC Shadyside. She was born November 24, 1979 in McKeesport.
Jennifer was employed by Keytex Energy as an office manager. She loved her fur babies and singing Karaoke with her friends.
Jennifer was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Michael and Helen Jacobs. She is survived by her father, Greg Jacobs of North Huntingdon and her mother, Emily Wimer and her husband Dave, of Munhall; maternal grandparents, John and Marie Proffitt of North Huntingdon, and fiance, Jay Anthony Chobirko; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous cousins.
Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-8 p.m. at The Church, 1683 Mars Hill Road, Sutersville. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday. Please go directly to the church. Eugene E. Kober, 72, of Ruffsdale, formerly of Paintertown, died Saturday, June 22, 2013. He was born April 28, 1941, in Braddock, the son of the late Eugene and Mary (Curry) Kober, and was also preceded in death by a sister, Marlene Powlson.
He was a driver for Carry All Products Inc., Mt. Pleasant, and a member of The Church, Sutersville. He visited shut-ins at various personal care and nursing facilities and also was a loving grandfather, who enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters, Madison and Jordin.
He is survived by a son, Chad E. Kober and his wife, Hope, of Harrison City; granddaughters, Madison and Jordin Kober; a sister, Mary Pezze and her husband, John, of North Huntingdon; nieces and nephews, Jan Beeler, Wendy Purichia, John Pezze and Lisa Pezze; also his precious cat, Angel.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the WILLIAM SNYDER FUNERAL HOME, 521 Main St., Irwin, 724-863-1200, where a funeral service will follow at 8 p.m. with the Rev. Frank Rocco officiating.

Elder Stanford R. Pratt Sr., 80, of McKeesport, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 10, 2013.
He was born Jan. 26, 1933, in Smithdale, son of the late John Wesley and Rose Budd Woodfork Pratt. He was also preceded in death by siblings, Rose Marie Brown, Mary Pettus and John Pratt Jr.
He was a former employee of the P and LE Railroad and a retired steelworker of U.S. Steel Corp., Clairton Works. He was a faithful member of Trinity Church of God in Christ, where he served as the assistant pastor, assistant district superintendent, past president of YPWW, Young People Willing Workers, president of the pastor's anniversary committee, chairman of Board of Directors of Trinity and state devotional leader of the Church of God in Christ.
Surviving are his wife of 57 years, Julia A. Greene Pratt, of McKeesport; daughters, Darnise L. Lester, of McKeesport, Evelyn M. (Nathaniel) Newsome, of Pittsburgh, Sherry E. (Elder Guy) Johnson, of McKeesport, Myrna V. (Lewis) Hazen, of Savannah, Ga., and Dawn M. (Lee) Drake, of De Kalb, Miss.; sons, Stanford R. (Debra) Pratt Jr. and Aaron D. Pratt, both of Pittsburgh; 21 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
Friends will be received from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 14, 2013, in Trinity Church of God in Christ, 2216 Jenny Lind St., McKeesport, with services at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 15, 2013, with Bishop James M. BOYD M. CONNOLLY, JEFFERSON HILLS - After a life spent diligently marching to a different drummer, Boyd Michael Connolly, age 65, of Jefferson Hills went to be with his Lord on May 27, 2013.
Beloved husband of Jacqueline (Kersul) Connolly, loving stepfather of William (Laura) Howley IV, grandfather of Brianna, Marisa & Billy, great-grandfather to Kaylin, Mia, and Maura. Cherished son of Jeanne Connolly the late Ira Connolly, brother of Gary (Lorraine) Connolly, Lisa (Douglas) Long, and Jill (Conrad) Galvan. Brother-in-law of Theodore Vaslowski, Valerie Yednak, and the late Frederick Vaslowski. Special father-figure to Jamie Schubert. Also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Boyd had an irresistible charm and was well-loved by those who knew him. Throughout his life, Boyd generously extended a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He will be most remembered for his kind heart and his love of his family and the Lord.

Robert W. Bergman, 79, of Elizabeth Twp., died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at home. He was born April 22, 1933 in Lowber, son of the late William and Anna (Hasel)
Bergman. Prior to retirement, he was employed by Elizabeth Twp. Road Department. Robert was the caretaker of the Twin Rivers Council of Government. A member of The Church of Sutersville, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Korean Conflict, and loved to play the saxophone.
Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Joanne (Codeluppi) Bergman; three daughters, Mindy Mamrak and husband Raymond Jr. of West Newton, Brenda Albright and husband Walter of Bunola, and Tina Hillen and husband Butchie of Sutersville; two grandsons, Brandon Hillen and Cody Mamrak and wife Jessica; and a great granddaughter, Alexandra Jude Mamrak.
Friends will be received 6-8 pm Tuesday and 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at The Church, 1683 Mars Hill Rd., Sutersville, where services will be held at 11 am Thursday. Judith K. (Angelo) May, 70, of Sutersville, Pa joined the Lord in Glory on Saturday, March 23, 2013. She was born on May 17, 1942 in Lowber, Pa and was the daughter of the late Miles and June (Higby) Angelo. In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by a nephew, James Angelo. Judy has been an active member of The Church of Sutersville since its beginning in 1984.
Judy's love for antiques began many years ago and she began her first antique business in the early 1980's. (Black Horse Tavern Antiques - Lone Pine Antiques - May's Antiques) and continued to work at the Antiques Co-op in New Stanton, Pa until her retirement in 2012.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Michael E. May, a daughter Sherry L. May (Thomas Erhardt), a son, Scott M. May (Lisa Gardner) and an Aunt, Frances Hough, all of Sutersville, Pa. She is also survived by a brother, James Angelo of Belle Vernon, Pa; a niece, Donna J. Angelo of Buffalo, N.Y.; and a nephew Miles Angelo of Aspen Colorado; as well as many cousins.
Judy loved the Lord and lived her life in a manner that she hoped was pleasing to Him. She was a caregiver to her Aunt for over ten years, putting aside her own life's wishes.
Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 7 at The Church of Sutersville to celebrate her life. Pastor Frank A. Rocco will be officiating.

Andrew Zetkulic, age 72 of Irwin, was called by Jesus Saturday March 16 2013. He was born April 1, 1940 in North Braddock, son of the late John and Bertha Zetkulic.
Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a boilermaker for the Boilermakers Union Local 154, and by the Iron Workers Union Local 3, and by Westinghouse Electric. Andy was a member of The Church of Sutersville.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by an infant son, brother John Zetkulic and sister Helen Onder. Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Audrey Ratica Zetkulic; four daughters Renee Englert (John) of Elizabeth Twp; Lisa Ireland (Dave) of West Newton; Jeneen McKenzie (John) Elizabeth Twp; Sherri Barkley (Glenn) of North Huntingdon; eight grandchildren, John (Mandy) Englert, Kristen Englert, John Andrew, Matthew and Zachary McKenzie, Josh Ireland, Marissa and Natalie Barkley; a sister Betty Kostyak; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received 2-4 and 6-8 pm Monday at the Joseph F Ott Funeral Home, Inc., 504 Oak Street, Irwin. A funeral service will be held 11 am Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Frank Rocco, his Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Irwin Union Cemetery, North Huntingdon.

In Westmoreland Hospital, on the evening of Friday, January 18, 2013, June E. (Deutsch) Kearns, 94, of Sutersville, passed from this earthly life and was welcomed into her eternal home in Heaven. Born on June 9, 1918, she was a daughter of Alice (Peters) and Edward Deutsch, and wife of 67 years of Alvin (Tex) Kearns.
She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and loving grandmother, a contented homemaker who enjoyed sharing her life with her family. When she was able, she worshipped with friends and family in the congregation at The Church of Sutersville.
There’s a glad reunion in Heaven; she’s joining loved ones who have gone on before: parents, husband, son, Alvin, Jr., daughter, Judi (McDowell), two pre-born sons, son-in-law, Van Wood, brother, Don and his wife, Kay and her sister, Betty. She has one surviving sister, Eleanor Ruozzi. Her late son, Al left a widow, RuthAnn (Davis), son, William with his wife, Ellen (Watkins), grandchildren, Rebecca (with husband, Chris and children, Mikayla and Nathan) Hasbrouk, and Amy (with husband, Adam) Slafka. Surviving her late daughter is husband, Dick, son, Jeff Huhn and his children, Chris, Nick and Hayley. Surviving are two daughters: Bonnie (with husband Glenn) Lynn, their daughters, Sandi and Lauri (with husband, Tom Kmetz, and sons, Joshua Kmetz and Matthew Ritchie) and Janet Wood (with her fiancé, Bill Leasure), and Janet’s children, her daughter, Christina, her son, Matthew (with his wife, Jill and their daughter, Mallory).
